Learn what you need to know before upgrading and how to determine if your iPhone, iPad, or Mac are eligible for upgrade. Share with the group the features you have found and what your favorites are.

Join us Tuesday, February 28 at Dunham Library in Whitesboro or on Discord when group treasurer Cynthia Long will relate how she uses Family Treemaker, Ancestry.com, and other resources to research and discover her ancestors. If you have questions about using your Mac or other Apple devices to help with your genealogy quest, we'd love to hear from you ahead of the meeting. Members can post their questions on the UAUG Discord server in the #suggestions channel. Join us Tuesday, March 28 at Dunham Library in Whitesboro or on Discord when Paul Franz will review the Passkey standard—a way of protecting user accounts developed by Google, Apple, and Microsoft intended to be easier to use and more secure than passwords. Paul will explain the reasons a password replacement is a good idea, how Passkeys work, and when you can expect to see them offered as an option for logging into your online and app accounts.
